Expect multi part questions and be able to explain how you would react in stressful situations with examples from your past.
Research the agency, know as much as you can. Know the chiefs name, how big of a department it is, what special units they have, General structure of the agency, biggest problems facing their jurisdiction and community, etc.
The more you know, the better you look. A very popular question that I believe I have been asked in all 15+ interviews I've done, was why do you want to work at this department? You can answer that by knowing the agency and what within the agency you like. If you answer with"because you are hiring," our "umm...cause I live here", they probably wouldn't be very impressed. The more you know about the community, the agency, and what about those appeal to you, the better and more sincere your answers will sound. Hope this helps, and good luck :)

You are not to be expected to have all the correct answers especially if you have never had an LEO position before. Use common e and give the best answer you can but don’t change your answer. This shows uncertainty. Be confident and explain your answer.
