I have a question, I gave 3 rounds of interview yesterday for microsoft and 1 online coding. But 2nd round did not go well but 3rd one was very good and 1st was also good. But I didn't get anything from HR after all the rounds. Am I rejected or should I have some hope? Microsoft

I am currently in the last round of interview for Sr. Customer Success Manager, Strategic Account Services (3P Marquee Accounts) and Id like to know real world compensations cases before I re-state my range or start the negotiation process with AMZ. Anyone with insight on this roll and pay?

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?
