I have interview scheduled and completed from Commonwealth Bank Bangalore location. All technical rounds cleared.
When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..
Is any one faced this? Ideally HR should know expectation and allocation before scheduling intervjew..

I have explored many pharmaceutical and medical device sales postings but I have been quickly over looked because even though I have the sales experience in an unrelated field the only caveat is that I do not possess a Bachelors degree and it seems like that is the immediate cause for turning down my application
I’d say jump back into the construction sales because there’s money to be made there. While you’re there keep looking for the beverage company that you want to work for.
I’m a Long Islander too! Treat your application pipeline like your sales pipeline is the best advice I can give. It’s really tough right now. I will say, there are more opportunities in the city BUT wayyyyy more competition. When I was job hunting NYC positions would have hundreds of application within days and a similar position on Long Island would have less than 50 in a month, so that is something to consider. Also, broaden your horizons. I never sold in the beverage industry but I’ve worked in the restaurant industry while in college….there is so much money to be made in other industries that you really don’t know until you explore it. Just my 2 cents.
Thank you that is very helpful it is tough right now and I have been exploring many different avenues but I’m staying persistent
