Do some research about journalism first. Also read sample curriculums for teaching. Also be prepared to work with school newspapers and online publications that are student generated.

Is it a position you want? My advice would be to answer questions honestly and ask questions to make sure you understand the new role. Best of luck!

I would research the school and what this role entails so that you seem extra prepared in the interview. When I worked in parks and rec, I always chose candidates that asked questions about the job that showed they did their research.

I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.

Any Advice?

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.
