I have an offer from GT (USI Tax).
When I enquired about the joining bonus, I was informed that I could get it only if I join within 30 days, which is ofcourse not possible since D has the 60 days notice period.
Is it generally like this ?
How can I talk to the HR and still get the joining bonus ?

Should I update my LinkedIn to say Salesforce Admin? I’ve been certified since October, so I have the role in my headline, but I’m thinking it’s time to update it in my work experience. I have been transitioned to work on only Salesforce related items with the company’s Salesforce Admin. When I asked my boss about a title change, however, they said that it’s doable but want to wait until performance reviews so they can couple it with a pay increase. He is nothing less than a con man & will promise you a lot to make you join the account. After that he will put you in testing projects. If you ask for a release, he will either not release you or release with a very bad rating and influence other project managers to not take you into their projects.

You will be left with no choice other than leaving TCS.

I know this is a stupid question. But how do I explain what I do for purposes of a resume? I primary work on 1120s with some international exposure to foreign filings. Since I'm at a small firm, I've essentially worked on every type of return (1040, 1041, 1065,1120s, PPTs) But I'd say 60% of my work is c corp and the other 40 is between all the others.
