Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

It would help if you added context on how long it’s been, did you follow up etc
I’d follow up Tuesday with job 2. Many things delay- leaders being out, for example to sign off
Hiring slowdowns, internal promotions taking precedence, better applicants… could be anything really
Have you followed up since the initial mock meeting? The recruiter should be open and up front about all steps in the hiring process so you have a timeline for follow up.
That sounds frustrating. Keep your chin up and stay positive. However I would also keep looking elsewhere and if something comes up you can let them know which may get you an answer sooner than later.
When did you had your interview with them? With the current trend in the industry you might have to wait for at least a week or 3 weeks the most. Hiring is slowing so you need a little more patience.
My final interview was last Monday. I was told to wait for a decision in week. In my last communication on Friday I was told to wait until Monday. Still no response as of this time.
Since you're in sales, show the org that you are a great sales person. Cold email the sales leadership and tell them why you are the person for the job. Be proactive.
Take that as insight into the companies culture as communication is key. I would send a follow up email to see if there was update. Let a week go by and then move on. Don’t dwell on it. Not worth it
