I have been a finalist for 2 Senior Account Executive positions. I’ve had a successful career, hitting or exceeding my metrics for over a decade. For both positions I was fast tracked at a rapid pace for interviews and then set up for the final interview. In both cases I was provided the general framework of the mock meeting. In both cases the feedback I received was extremely positive yet I have not received an offer from either company. Is this normal ? Feeling pretty defeated.

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company

What is L2 interview in coforge? Will it be more of a technical round or some Senior Manager regarding other aspects?

Has anyone here had to give a 90 day plan in an interview? I’m on round 5 now for a field role, and I was informed this will be what the final interview consists of. Panel of 5-6 supposedly. Any tips or advice on what/how to present? How to prepare? Is it kind of like a quarterly business review sort of thing?

I left my old job the end of January (due to compensation) and hate my new job. I don’t sleep and am constantly stressed. Seems like hiring has slowed down but i feel we are in for another bout of great resignations due to companies calling it's employees back now and employees finding ways to continue WFH. The ones who get lucky continue WFH while not so lucky ones will start switching and startups and other mid level companies cashing in on the talent. Looks like it's the lull before the storm.

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview.
