I have been on the bench for the last 15 days and trying to get into a new project, but I am not receiving many calls or responses from managers. The guideline is to work from the office 5 days a week, but due to personal reasons I am only able to go about 3 days and stay for 3–4 hours. If management notices this and asks me to resign, will I still receive my 3 months’ notice period salary, or can the company refuse payment due to not following the office guidelines?

No time for lunch type of work dynamic. Daily tasks: Attend 1-2 closings and 1-2 signing contract with client . I don’t mind the work, just $70k is hard to sustained a living, any ideas on how I can transition to a better paying transactional practice area? 😐
