I have been with the firm for over five years and the claims work keeps things interesting. I learn new things every day. My manager is very knowledgeable and gives the guidance I need. The medical team is great & the partners really care about the employees. They always gives us many ways to learn. The firm is growing fast and things move quickly. You have to be ready to change and learn new ways of doing things and I feel good coming to work every day.

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. If you use the pomodoro method for time focus and tracking, do you bill in those increments or just keep your billablr timer going the whole time? For example, I work in 25 minute increments for large projects then I get a break.
