Anyone with insight on Tyson Mendes?
I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

Do it - just be ready and have all your ducks in a row.
Take what you are doing now and multiply it by 5.. practice heavy and complex calendar management.. take some free project management beginner classes.
You have time now!! YouTube is your friend.
Definitely do it!!
I applied to, and got offers for, EA positions with only one year of admin experience after college. You can totally do it!!! ☺️ good luck, OP!
Do you can always step up! You should do it!
never too earlier. as long as you continue to challenge yourself and keep learning

Never hurts! Skills to highlight for most places involve booking travel (including international), complex calendar management, entering in time, and completing expenses. Tbh when I was applying for EA positions. I lied and said I was familiar with Concur since a lot of places use that for travel and expenses. It was super user friendly and intuitive so not hard to figure it out so no one suspected a thing 😉
Wouldn't hurt to try.
Do it!! Don’t be stagnant!!
