I have got offers from Accenture, Deloitte USI and PWC India. All of them have the same pay scale but Deloitte has more fixed pay whereas Accenture has more joining bonus. Also Deloitte is offering me an Analyst position even though I have almost 3 years of experience(Usually I think they offer Consultant).
