I have interviews next week for bigger brand tech companies I’d be interested in but also have an offer right now for a senior financial reporting role in HCOL that pays well and also pays OT that I need to decide by tomorrow. Not the biggest fan of financial reporting and the company is midsize ($500m revenue) and not publicly traded but is fairly reputable. Any thoughts to just reject it and wait it out or take it?

Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?
