I have just been assaulted at work by a rude girl that works there. She shoved her body into mine to get out of her way. I informed 3 managers including the gm. I even emailed the employee concern. If I had done that to her, all hell would break loose. I am hoping for a response and her to be dealt with. I am in my early 50s and I am sick of getting the ugly end of the stick. I do not wish to work in a hostile environment.

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?

Need advice: I just joined a pharma company <1 year ago with a promotion likely in 1 yr. I’m in a commercial role at the TA level, making 250k. Our 5 month old started daycare about 5 weeks ago. We’ve already had to keep her home for 2.5 of those 5 weeks due to catching various illnesses (croup, rsv, brinchiolitis, etc). One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
Now'what and all would be the consequences she might face. Is there any chance of these things are being escalated? Please advise!
