I have nearly 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, and my current CTC is ₹4.8 LPA. During the hiring process, the initially discussed CTC was ₹9 LPA, which was later revised to ₹7.5 LPA. There was also a misunderstanding regarding my current CTC, despite me consistently sharing the correct figure. I genuinely want to join the organization.
