I have the option of switching from a lead UX designer to a principle UX designer in my current company. How will this title change be looked upon by recruiters/hiring managers on LinkedIn or at the next company I apply to? Would the pay bands be higher or lower?

I have applied to a lot of compnies from company portal some 2 months, not getting calls from them. My notice period is just approaching to an end.

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?

So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?

How many times has an interviewer no-showed and the recruiter profusely apologizing on their behalf?
Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

Had a second round interview for an experienced hire role 6 weeks ago, was told I was moving to the final round, and no date has been set. Last communication from recruiter was almost 3 weeks ago. Followed up with the recruiter last week, crickets. Am I no longer being considered?

I make $101K base salary as a Consultant/Specialist at Accenture Federal in Washington, DC. My husband is a teacher making $55K. We’re getting by with our mortgage and regular student loan payments, but it’s not enough to do much else. We also want to start a family in a few years. What move could I make to hit $150K base? I thought that was my job as the ux designer to figure out the best way to solve a need. But I’m getting handed projects where the PO, and sometimes the senior designer has laid out exactly what should happen (components used, flow, etc) to design a feature. It’s really frustrating because I don’t know if I’m supposed to be speaking up on what I think or just do the UI work I’m asked to.
