I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Never give the first number. My script: “I know total comp varies in terms of base and bonus across companies. What does the total package look like for this role?” Fwiw, I’m a relatively timid female and have succeeded doing this.
First year senior, maybe add $30k to base salary. You’ll probably get it in this market.
$115-125K easily.
Analytics and cognitive and to finance for a similar internal role
I’d say around 100k base, also get a signing bonus
It’s such a robbery I’m getting tack offers for 140,000+ and I’m a consultant at Deloitte in product management
Tech*
115
For reference quite a few seniors I know got around $100k +- 5k with variable comp percentages in the 15-25% range. This is east coast so adjust for COL.
Still can’t believe S2’s are making less than an S1, currently sitting at 85, not the point of the discussion but still shocked
@SM1 good to know 👀
Use the tool from the Linkdin, will give u an ocean based on the role and area that u are applying. Gives u the market value
Well what do you do?
I’m in FS tax but talking to a recruiter about a more finance related role. It’s not tax so I’m assuming I can’t ask for too much given that im sort of making a career change.
It’s a career change but see yourself as bringing in valuable and transferrable skills ! Negotiate from that standpoint.
Outside recruiters don’t always know internal matrices and practices at consulting firms. Showcase your experience in the most relevant light
125 + signing bonus
Yeah tax wil not get that. In advisory yes.
I’m an audit S2 sitting at 77k in MCOL. Where are you located OP?
