I just started a new job, not 100% sure it's the right job for me and I don't want to go back to my old toxic job either.

How long should I stick around before starting looking again? People are nice and WLB is pretty good. It's just the type of work is not what I expect. So, I could stay for a bit but not more than a year.

I am an Audit S1 that wants to work in a B4 Forensics practice. Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Or should I stay in Audit and wait for B4 Forensics positions to open up? Please let me know your thoughts!

Currently I have offers from 2 companies (say A and B), A is paying more but I want to join B (B is paying less but better brand). Planning to ask B to match salary that A offers. Have 2 doubts:
