I know everyone hates Omnicom rn. But curious because I see a position I like there: do they need you to be in a specific office for a listed position? I.e. I am in New York, position is listed in Chicago. Happy to go in office but curious if it’s worthwhile to apply in such a situation.

I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

I know the company is pretty small when company to KPMg, should I proceed with the interview?

However, every interview I get asked about the campaigns that I have run.
