I made it to the case interview round at Deloitte Human Capital - Organization Design / Organization Transformation. Interviewing as Consultant/SC. Anyone had an interview in this area lately? What kind of case can I expect and do you have any advice how to crush this?

Does anyone have an insight on the kind of work an Analyst does at Deloitte Global Business Services? I was told by the recruiter that this division works on pure play consulting projects. Which I earlier thought fell under S&O (Strategy and Operations) entirely.

I have a promising interview at a relatively large law firm in my area (+100 attorneys) next week. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.

I have an offer from Cognizant, I get my offer revised with my counter offer.
Now again I have another counter offer, should I ask them to revise my offer letter again?

To the lender counsel that forgot to mention they needed original signature pages for a deal that closed early this year and decided to chase and harass me a day before thanksgiving and a day after thanksgiving multiple times. F*ck you. I don’t know what is driving your lack of courtesy but I have represented the same bank before and know their usual original signature requirement.

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
