I would use the interview to find out more about the manager
I'd go through the interview process to learn more about the specifics. You should be able to get an idea of the culture and PTO policies after a few rounds and be in position to make an informed decision if and when you receive an offer. The extra money is nice, but I would honestly be interested based on PTO potential alone. 15 days is nothing.

Yeah more PTO is definitely attractive to me. I’ll go through the interviews and see if I can get more intel on the culture that way
The raise is not huge but not nothing, it would be great if slightly more could be negotiated. Unlimited PTO is huge though, I know it is said that most people don’t use as much as they may want to, but you can easily use more than 15 without feeling like you’re taking too much advantage.
Get some good honest answers from your friend about how that manager really is.

Exactly, it’s not so much money that I’m immediately like “Yes, I need to switch immediately.” But still, it’s something
Unlimited PTO is a myth! People work and may not take as many leaves as you and then you would be the one getting highlighted for taking too many leaves. It could be that people may not be taking any leaves at all. Companies where everyone is given equal leaves is much better where all are encouraged to use them else they would lapse!

I have a little insight on this specific company because of my connection there. It’s one of the good companies where people do take leaves and it’s supported. My friend told me everyone takes around 30-35 days per year, which is double what I currently have
