A structured Flex Schedule Policy will fix the problem. Unless of course ADA accommodation request is involved. Then ADA Interactive Process needs to take place.

Very much true.
Sometimes employees have an accommodation that you can’t discuss. If it’s just due to managers implementing different rules then you need to get them on the same page. Assuming all departments are the same type of working atmosphere (office, as opposed to restaurant, etc.).
