I quit a small PA company to join big4 but my manager here is picky and she fixed everything that I did to her way. Now old manager asks if I want to come back if she matches the salary. What should I do? Yes I like my old manager, team and it was so comfortable back there. I don’t like big4 timesheet and the reason I left my old company because of I moved to different city. But now old company can provide wfh as well as big 4 I’m working now. Can someone give me advice?

I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role?
