Depends on your service line but my understanding is an internal promote to manager is generally around like the 130-150k range depending on how high performing and what service line they're in

Much of our firm is commercial, EY1.
As an experienced hire, probably in the vicinity of 160k if you negotiate hard and you bring some really good skills to the table.
Exceptions here are Cyber and Lighthouse that pay more for technical managers.
Ok thanks. We typically get at least 10-15% as an M1.
Commercials should be 150k+ if you're a manager
