I recently cleared my accenture technical discussion, but when i see in portal it is showing that my candidature is on hold.
I recieved an email from thier document team to upload the docs in thier portal.
What does this candiature on hold mean?

Interviews are really something... Highest highs off good experiences and lowest lows off rejections. I just might keep doing this as a masochistic pastime 😅

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. Please help!! Having an offer from Cts for 12 lpa(11.5 F) in Kolkata. Another offer from Credit Suisse Pune 13.6 Lpa F. I want to understand whether I will get a project as per my tech stack in CTS. I am in favour of CTS as it's in Kolkata(known place). My YOE - 3.6, Tech -Qlik, Sql.
