I Recently gave interview for Ericsson for Openstack Engineer position on 28th NOV. It is L2 interview.

Till now there is no update from HR . I have not received any mails or there is no update of any kind to confirm if I got selected or not. It was quick for L1 and L2 , but post L2 I haven't heard anything back till now.

Usually how long does it take to get an update from HR post L2 interview?

Please share your experience .

Hi all! Is anyone here in Underwriting? Just want some thoughts on this as i’ve recently gotten an offer for an Underwriting Associate position and have never done any salary negotiations before. Does it seem unrealistic for my counter offer to be 12k more than the original offer? Considering that the original offer is roughly 8k less than the market salary. I got call from Microsoft for Cloud Solution Architect role (Customer Success). Location is Mumbai so bit reluctant to go ahead with interview as city is too costly, But recruiter is saying Compensation would be very good but not disclosing how much hike can I get.

How long wfh is going to continue ?

I have usually seen people taking sick leaves when workload is more and there is more responsibility coming in team. But I always hesitate to ask for leaves, I feel I'm doing something wrong. At the same time I'm exhausted with work and feel like I should be taking 1-2 leaves per month. Even in new organization it's been 4 months, I have not taken even a single leave.

How to deal with these thoughts? It looks like job is taking control over my mind and health.
