I recently got an offer from Deloitte USDC of $115K base pay + 8K joining + 18 PTO for Sr. Solution Specialist. I got offer from other industry of $130K + no joining bonus + 21 PTO for Sr. Sw engg.
Deloitte recruiter came back with $120 + 10K joining + 18 PTO for that position. Both companies need me to move to Arizona as work location. My total experience is 9 years. I have been hearing that Deloitte has great bonus and base salary increment. Any thoughts on which offer I should go with?

Do you have to return a sign on bonus if you leave after a year? Never had one before, so I am not sure.

What is the eligibility or time period needed to move from 6B to 7A in IBM? I have 4.7 years of experience and joined IBM recently in JL 6B.
