Avoid D if you can!
Used to work at D for 3 years, traditional track, cloud strategy.

120k is an awesome base for Gilbert AZ - you'll be able to live like a king and AZ is awesome (though hot). Having Deloitte on your resume can be a great career accelerator. Bonuses tend to be pretty good - my SSS teammate got around 15k this year.
People will say USDC is treated as second class citizens, but I think it largely depends on your team. If you are planning on having kids in the next year or so, the family leave benefit isn't nearly as good as core (which is terrible).
Personally I think the offer you got is amazing for AZ and worth it foe the name for a few years at least!

SM1 - Something doesn’t add up. I was a Manager in 2007 at Deloitte Dallas office (not USDC but In consulting) and my base was $140K. If things haven’t changed at Deloitte in last 13 years, that’s not good at all.
Kinda need to know about the other company before advice can be given.
The 2nd company is Discount Tires.

D is only good bonus / base increase for core consulting. Go to industry, you’ll work less for more money / better benefits
Go to the industry … don’t waste your time negotiating with USDC

Your wlb will most likely be better at discount tires. Deloitte will have you working well into 50-65+ hours the longer you're there. Meaning your hypothetical "hourly" rate is lower. Discount tires sounds like a solid offer. But just make sure it's an environment you can grow and leverage good exp from
Great bonus was only for this year and base salary increase is crap, don't believe everything you hear. D has a good reputation but reality is a whole different story, just fyi.
Unfortunately I have no network in USDC so I will take others word

They all sound low tbh. With +9 YOE, you should be pushing for more. And dont consider PTO days in your decision.

That's too bad - I do hear of people eating hours and it's totally BS that they have to. Bad leadership.
Is Sr. Solution Specialist in Deloitte USDC same as Sr. Sw Engg in industry
Great bonuses don't happen in USDC. Traditional/core Consulting had great bonuses for this year for high performers (I got 41k as SC) but USDC typically doesn't get good bonuses and many of their benefits are inferior. A couple of USDC seniors I know got sub 10k bonuses.
Others will probably say it but USDC is the step child at D behind Core Consulting track. Take the other offer.
D2, Yes I am core S&A
When I was at Deloitte, I got 25 days of PTO to start (senior analyst).
