Interview the interviewer.
Asking good questions during an interview builds rapport with the hiring manager and gives you an opportunity to learn about the company from someone who’s there already.
The organization needs to fit YOU as much as you need to fit the org. Your questions should help you understand if the company aligns with your values and goals.

I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.
If they release old offer what we have discussed or they will interview me again

Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

Real question. What’s wrong with a staffing agency recruiter role? I don’t do recruiting so I have no idea.
Agency recruiting is very high pressure and metrics driven. I’ve found that sometimes quality is sacrificed for quantity in the agency setting because it’s all about closing the hire/placement in agency. In house or corporate recruiting can be more chill and well rounded, so I prefer corporate recruiting too.
Try posting in the HR bowl.
There are lots of open roles on Linked in and Indeed. I guess it depends on your location. I would try looking for something on there and see what you can find

It is. The contract roles that you’re seeing, is it internal/corporate roles?
