I’m not following how this makes them a jerk or trying to hurt your success? If feels right to me if you are going to be out for a long time. A bit lazy but ensures someone can respond for you and nothing is missed. Why not move your disability emails to your personal email? No reason this has to be on work email. I do agree it’s frustrating they didn’t tell you and now your coworker sees your policy info
Thank you director 1! I know it’s hard to see without me painting the full picture, and yeah that might be a good idea! I really like the idea of something like that. It’s not fair to me after working there that long and establishing such relationships that there is no word of any kind update on me.
Thank you for the support!! :)
The only option is probably to go to be,but then be weary that he may hold that against you and force you out by being even more of a jerk.
HR
I would have a talk with him and let him know that you are confused whether this is a company standard and want clarification on this matter.
Do you have an OOO that your contacts will receive in tandem with the forwarding?
And I doubt it, bc he doesn’t care about my career, but there’s a shred of possibility that there could be.
*go to hr
I also need to be strategic about my emails in a way because I feel like he’s doing every single thing he can to find any loophole to try to make me lose my shit so that I react negatively so that he has a reason to fire me.
