Hello Folks,
My current CTC is 16L (13L Fixed) in Accenture and working as CL10 and WFH.
I got an offer from PWC AC Bangalore is 21L fixed and WFH with joining date 15th Dec.
Now I got a promotional offer from Accenture of 16.6L fixed (with 25% hike) to CL9 which will be effective from 1st Dec.
They are asking me to retain.
Could any one please suggest me the better option? My yoe is 7 years.

You and me both man. It’s a blessing and a curse. I wish sometimes I could sleep 6 hours and go crush life like my gf.
Check your hormone levels with the doctor, as a just in case
This. You could have something up with your thyroid, or vitamin D levels, or something else messing with you. Is the place where you sleep too noisy or too warm or not dark enough? That could also make you feel like you need 10 hours because the quality is suffering.
I need to learn how to find 10 hours of sleep window. 7 is already a luxury

OP good to hear that you are able to get the required body test . Nothing wrong in this ..when you get back to travel mode it may take few weeks to adjust and to the grind. You can always set boundaries for 8 hours of sleep and try get things done .
Similar on this end. Thought I was burnt out, was just depression. Hormone levels were fine, though check these first.
First check hormones, start exercising (start with cardio), add some caffeine/teas if none (or reduce intake if too much), also see if you have high stress/anxiety that's draining you.
Clarification: I don't think anything is wrong with me, the human body is optimal when well rested. I just want you 🐠 to get more rest. 😴
