I tried to post a salary update on Glassdoor and got a message saying it had been rejected because it breached Community Guidelines on the grounds that the salary is well above or in excess of the market average. This is odd, because my own firm's compensation tool (and some limited info from colleagues) suggests otherwise. Wondering whether Glassdoor systematically understates pay ranges. Has anyone else experienced this kind of response from Glassdoor?
