MD's / PT's don't seem to want to hire me and when applying outside the healthcare field, they seem to never consider me when I have done nothing else for 30 yrs. What can I do? I am 56 yo. My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again.
