You are just over thinking. Relax . You will find a good partner. These things are common.
Trust the process and time.
Every Male wants their Partner to be in best physique, and if you are into IT, one way or the another, you yourself will pick up the strength and make your physique good after pregnancy.
The only thing you have to do is-get married to a person who works in IT or who also knows IT things.

Atleast 30 percent of our mind reflects whom we are sorrounded with.
If we are with good people - we be good.
If we are with Fitness enthusiasts - we be fit too (not may be 100 percent, but yeah)
PS - you gonna look yourself before pregnancy and after pregnancy, that's what brings the change in you in being fit.
