I was emailed for a Salesforce administrator role final interview session. However, this time it’s a technical exercise. Has anyone done a technical exercise? If so, what it entails and how is it delivered. Do you have to this live on camera or is it something you do on your own and submit for review?

Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. They want to offer me a contractor role instead. Does anyone here know if that is the case? I haven't heard anything as they seem be on wellness week. Thanks for any guidance :)

Hey All,
I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

I did one interview yesterday with flipkart but still they didn't invited me for second interview.
What shall I assume about my result ?
Meanwhile I got interview call from CSS Corp , shall I start attending other interviews?

Do you think you and your significant other should have similar personalities? One of the partners I work for demands that the most junior associate take detailed notes and circulate them after every call, but I have a hard time comprehending the call if I am taking notes because I’m focused on typing quickly. Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking? I have also considered a sales analyst role considering that I am moderately versed in Salesforce and have worked both the customer facing and sales generating side. TIA!

So my FAR passing grade expires in November and I am taking my last section BEC in October but won’t get the grade till December after my FAR grade expires. I won’t have to retake FAR will I?
