I was hired onto a team a few years ago, and I am thinking about separating from them. Does anybody know what happens with clients that are in split/pools? I am the lead contact for all of my clients. Any advice or guidance on handling the separation would be appreciated.

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
