Spreadsheets are your best friend. I've been in your shoes before, managing 20-30 client accounts at a time. Always remember to take a breather whenever it starts to feel overwhelming so you avoid making mistakes.
My team used Bitrix24 and it's always been incredibly useful to me in my management of clients. Might be worth looking into!
Trello, each client gets a card. I can link docs, and screenshots, set up to-dos with reminders and deadlines, etc I also added in some automation for repetitive tasks and checklists. Works well so far.
As a team, we use Vitally as our main CSM software to stay organized. Outside of that I personally like to use Notion to keep my personal tasks and notes organized.
The best way to organize your accounts is to start with the tool that you are most comfortable using it. Depending on your use case and the ecosystem you are in, you can go with MS Notes, Excel, or even MS Loop (Notion clone). If you are going to take a lot of notes on these accounts, Excel might not be the best option.
