I work at an in house creative agency for a large retailer. I’m taking over brand side work from another AM.

What are the most effective questions to ask the previous AMs who were assigned so I can take over as smoothly as possible? I’d also like to ask creative teams & clients similar questions. Some questions top of mind to AM:
-What was your biggest challenge
-What are the top 3 things you wanted to improve
-Who was the most CHALLENGING client
-Who’s the most COLLABORATIVE client

I am not people person and having tough time as I am moving from 1 short project to other with no long term vision or goals . Every month new project new face and by the time I am settled , it’s time to move on . Have anyone had same experience and how do you deal with it

Currently I'm in a .net and sql server maintenance and operations project at a service company. I want to switch to a full stack developer position in a good product company. Besides honing my DSA, for skills, should I focus on MERN stack or pure .net development? I'm already familiar with MERN stack and .net core and have made small projects. But they are different and I would like to stick to one path and capitalize on it. Please help which one to choose- MERN or .NET?

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.

Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. The problem is we’re going back into the office and I don’t want to go in if it’s just going to be senior management in asking me to get them lunches for client meetings or fetch a glass of water and cutlery for meeting rooms. Definitely not ready to go back to that….

When’s the best time to go client side? Wait till I get a promotion or try to switch sooner rather than later?

Is 7 weeks too early to start thinking I may have made a huge mistake in switching to my current gig?
