If I have 1 - 1.5 YOE in consulting, graduated from undergrad in 2021, and am applying to MBB/B4/T2 firms, should I apply for the entry-level Associate position or do I have a shot at the Consultant/Senior Associate level?

IBM : 18 fixed + 1 JB HCL : 21 ( 18 fixed + 1lakh approx (monthly variable) + 2 lakh Annual variable ) . Now i have a discussion pending with Robert Bosch , What should i quote ! Which will be better for job security and work life and overall career growth .

I got a promotion a year and 3 months ago, and got a pay raise 5 months ago. Could I still ask for a promotion to SAE if I have been supporting a team more as one? Promotions are hard to stab with.
