If i have money saved up and looking to buy rental multi family property, which city should I look at? I researched some and places like toledo, detroit, a d upstate NY came up. My budget is around $80k and i know that would get me d class properties but do you guys have any recommendations?

Question for folks with second homes: Considering buying a vacation home but would be primarily for family use.
