The elderly. Their minds might not be as sharp as they once were, but their moral compass is still in tact.
The Elderly, although the odd one may stink. They always have good values and tend to be polite. But also seem to genuinely appreciate when you go the extra mile.
I choose the flat-out angry and rude people. If you can put up woth the insults and condescending language, they really are the easiest kind of bad customer because their attitude negates their complaints. Management never takes them seriously and you'll never get in trouble even if you get sarcastic or mess with them. Plus, after you move on to your next job, they give you the funniest stories to tell.
I'm seconding this! The stories are worth their anger lol.
The obvious answer. GenZ cuz they still have empathy.

I actually think Gen Alpha is pretty chill.
I would hardly call the elderly difficult. The elderly clients I’ve done returns for are descent people who always come prepared, respectful, and appreciative of our efforts.
It is mostly for me the elderly , you learn so many things from their life experiences...
The elderly bc typically they’re the only ones with a somewhat normal coffee order. other gen z have some of the most absurd orders and add an unnecessary amount of sugar
I'd prefer that truly rare person who is so authentically, quietly kind, patient and at ease that the experience reminds you that you are not just there to be of service but you are appreciated in you humanity.
Serving the elderly is honestly where my heart is. With Boomers and the Silent Generation, you NEVER know what you’re gonna get….. sweetest person alive, cranky old man with unexpected jokes, brutally honest grandma, someone with incredible stories… it’s never the same!
Every person feels different because they’ve actually lived through so much life.
I’m not saying younger generations are bad people, but a lot of interactions today can feel very same-lane and surface-level to me. I just genuinely enjoy the depth, humor, honesty, and individuality older generations bring.
