Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

“What qualities make an art director successful at your agency?”
“What will my biggest challenges be on the client(s) you’re hiring me for?”
“What do people love most about working here?”
“When people leave, what reasons do they give?”
“I’d love to hear more about your career path.”
I’ve asked #4 in every interview over the last few years. Hasn’t stopped me from getting offers. When creatives ask me something similar, I see it as them wanting to go into the job eyes wide open — and I answer honestly.
“Thinking about the last few people who were promoted on your team, why were they promoted? What pushed them from one level to the next?”
This will tell you what the CURRENCY of the agency is — is it big flashy campaigns, awards, press, consistent hard work, personality-based, etc.
Love this question—it’s also a good indicator if you fit with the agency culture. Thanks for sharing.

They’ll probably be answering a lot of these questions on autopilot. So, try getting some more spontaneous banter by asking them what’s bothering them most today? What problem do they have to solve when they get off this call?
As an introvert, I shall do my best to ask this kind of question. It’s a bit personal, but definitely loosens the tension (if there is). Hope it won’t come across as being nosy.
