I’m a 2010 grad working in house. Healthcare industry. I’m fairly well compensated for IHC but don’t love my job.

I am talking to 2 different firms about SC roles. One is a mid AL100, the other is AL200. Both in Midwest. Billable rate would be $400-500/hr. Neither firm has given me any sense of potential comp range yet as discussions are early. I’m trying to get an idea of what might be reasonable before I invest a lot more time continuing to talk with them. Anyone with insight they can share?

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal?
