Is visas return to office date still mid-March?
It's always been a dream of mine to work at Google, specifically as a UX designer (currently transitioning into UX from visual design). I've been so afraid to apply to any jobs with UX title, Google or not, because I'm always doubting myself and telling myself I'm still under-qualified.
UX designers & hiring managers, what are the skills a designer must have to be "qualified" for a UX position? Keywords on resume? Certifications? Thank you all in advance!

Well, do you want to do lit for the rest of your life? If you do, don’t switch out of it. If you are ambivalent or want something else, take the new opportunity and don’t give it a second thought. You’ll learn new skills and getting out of litigation is difficult, and will only be more difficult as you get more experienced.
A1, thanks so much for your candor and sharing. I feel greatly encouraged. I knew something was wrong when we obtained a significant judgment, and mostly I just felt stressed at the prospect of defending it on appeal and gloom at the years yet to go (and this was even for a client whose cause I truly believed in, in my heart). It’s good to know that there’s reason to trust your feelings even when you’re junior!
