However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for. I asked I will be available after 8:30 PM or next day before 11 AM she said okay thank you and cut the call. Is this the same company right who wants there employees to serve a stict 90 days notice period. Immediate joiner ka toh suna tha but immediate interview ka scene hai. I have received offer from Ensono with 30LPA including 10% variable pay. I am holding 17 year experience in Mainframe. I am not sure this is fine to accept this offer with current market trend or to go with negotiate more on it.

Compare With current ctc, it is almost 40% more, but variable pay is more in this case.

How Ensono pay variable pay, will they pay 80-100% or less than this range?

What are career level or band exists ensono ? What would be correct level with 17 yoe.
