JPMorgan Chase recruiter from Poland has reached out about a role in the UK and has tried to call me from a polish number, but can’t hear a thing during the phone call. She then messages me on LinkedIn to say she will call me in an hour due to having connection issues.

It’s a grind to sell. If you don’t like selling then at some point you won’t like IB or working at a CPA firm, well because it’s selling when you move up into higher positions and have to own a book of business and manage clients.
Advisor? Yes. Investment Banker? No.
Absolutely. Series 7 and 63 with a disciplined go getter attitude and a book could transition into a Bulge Bracket Private Bank

Why not become a relationship manager at a bank where fee-based advisory is more the model, than brokerage? Somewhere like First Republic, Citi, JPM all do this. Helping people attain their financial goals shouldn’t be eat-what-you-kill for a financial advisor.
There are plenty of independent hybrid RIA and insurance firms looking for young hard working talented advisors to service their exciting clients and or onboard the leads they have generated. I am one if them. I bring in way more business than I can handle and in order to keep growing I need others to assist. I’m not sure where you are but consider finding local independent that are great at marketing. That’s the key. Find a rain maker.
I’m in Tampa, Florida. I just want to help clients and be compensated for my expertise like other financial positions. I am a top producer in my office and have the 7, 66, and 2-15 insurance license. I’d love to find a firm like yours that you described where I can do meaningful work and not have commission breath
Find an RIA where you don’t have to sell. Just manage existing and referral clients relationships. No b/d required typically. It caps growth but you have options if you change your mind one day and can be a really good lifestyle. Stay away from the insurance companies and big banks.
S7, S66, S24 here. Pivot to an operations based role (compliance, risk, financial planning, etc). No stress with sales goals and keeping your licenses active.
Aim for your series 24; you can get a supervisory role and maintain a pulse on sales.
How about insurance? I suggest you reach out to recruiters around your area or any referrals. If you can't find any, you can check LinkedIn.
