I mean yes, that's obviously well below market. Not necessarily awful for a newer MM rep up from SMB, but I would expect 100-120 for MM in Chicago at a big tech company.
There is no such thing as loyalty in sales, that what people trll themselves to justify lacknof efforr due to a fear of the unknown. Sales is generally a very transactional and high turnover career field. Your employer will replace you after a couple of bad quarter without a second thought to any previous quarter, and if you are honest with yourself, you are still there only because a better offer hasn't landed in your lap.
Yes, your comp is on the low end, and yes you should start applying amd see what comes out of it. That said, the job market is horrible righ now, don't put your current role at risk as you look fkr your next role.
I have to agree with IBM 1, there is no such thing as loyalty. Why be loyal to a company that would likely get rid of you in a second if they had to? It doesn't hurt to look and see what else is out there job wise.
You should begin applying as your company is on the lower end of the salary scale. I have several options for you to consider.
