I have certification in all 3, it helped me get calls from recruiters. I say go for all 3 (beginner level) and then branch into whichever one you like. They are all essentially the same but have some differences and it shows that you understand multiple platforms, which is beneficial if you are going into consulting.

GCP is in shortest supply. Definitely go for at least one advanced certification. Cloud practitioner will get you nowhere
I would agree with getting all 3. If you have the ability, it is nice to show that you are well-rounded. If you find one you would like to pursue more, you can do that then.
