Are you me
B+/A- is perfectly respectable. 😅 I would be proudly showing my transcript to them.

I’ve been there (with much worse grades 🙂) and it can be very frustrating. I’d encourage you to work with recruiters who reach out to you for specific positions. I did this through opening my profile to recruiters on LinkedIn. They were not all amazing but I got several great offers despite having to present my less than perfect transcript. If they only wanted Ivy League or high class rank, that just wasn’t the opportunity for me. Recruiters weeded those out for me though and brought me opportunities that were a good fit. All the best!
Thank you!
Also great job for working two jobs during law school! Wow !
Unfortunately, employers ask for your transcript even later into your career. I have friends who are getting counsel roles who were still asked 🥴
Yes, that’s been my experience. It only seemed to backfire once and I didn’t really want the role anyway.
For some firms, it’s more to verify that you actually went to that law school
This is normal practice. It’s stupid but it’s standard.
Where did you go to law school?
UConn
Curious as to what type of firms you’re applying to and where
You can expect that to continue for many years to come.
Sometimes it just a formality
