What are some pros and cons of moving into brand side work?

Compared to FRM, CFA is tough because it requires an enormous commitment to complete all three levels

Would would a senior product manager do over and beyond a product manager. We don’t have any seniors at my startup and I’m trying to figure out what I need to do/achieve to get promoted. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Does anyone feel that the Oil and Gas industry is the most discriminatory industry of all? They won’t even look at resume without O&G experience! It does not make sense to me as I would rather teach someone the specifics of an industry if they were a good fit. And for an industry that has so many obstacles from Government, Environmental Organizations and so on, why they are adding more bad publicity to themselves is not a great approach.

I am a Reliability Maintenance 3P contractor for Amazon. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering on June 2022. I’ve been working with Amazon for a year, but there’s a lack of prospective EE positions within the company. The job postings I see are either less or barely above my current salary. Seems obvious but would love some ideas on standard operating procedures that help with seamlessly handing over a signed contract to the account team.
