When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.

I would bring it up early in the process since you don’t want to come off as adding that requirement last minute which could potentially ruffle feathers of a client.
Hopefully they’re open to it but if not, I’d look to make it up in salary and go for the top of the manager band.
