Any 🐠🐟🐡 at this Sagmeister thing downtown? (LA)
Hi fishes! I volunteer with The Art of Good, a creative collective helping small businesses affected by the pandemic. They are seeking a little help from a media professional. Need an SEM POV for a small business looking to change their name and relaunch their brand. This is non-paid. More about giving back while in-between gigs. :) If you can help out or want to learn more, please reach out to me via LinkedIN. Thank you!! www.linkedin.com/in/karenkohn/
Don’t email me (with questions!) on Saturday 😡
Who's got the most fishbowl points?
Alas, I don't qualify.

Not omnicom. They’re the least friendly to employees, benefit-wise.
I left Omnicom and was astounded at how the benefits compared to other companies. It’s pretty embarrassing how badly they treat their employees, especially for a business that is centered on human talent.
I’ve only worked for Publicis of the holdings but they have been good during the pandemic. PH has generous PTO, nice benefits (for example they’ve added 15k for family planning services and a hearing aid allowance for the coming year), flexible working policies, and lots of communication from senior leaders.
You can see Publicis benefits at www.publicisbenefitsconnection.com
I came from WPP too and am finding the benefits (and financial health) at Publicis Health to be pretty nice.
Good benefits at WPP but don’t recommend
You sound like someone I know and love... you should go for it😉
Maybe! 💗
Curious, what are you making as an SAE in health PR at a WPP agency?
Appreciate the advice! That is my feeling too. I’m hesitant to start a new job remotely, but worry that if I wait until this summer the momentum may be gone.
I just started as a health PR SAE at an omnicom agency this week... can anybody elaborate on why they fall short? I came from a privately held agency so not as familiar with holding companies!
I was able to get $75K, but if you’re in NYC you may be able to get more. I’m permanently remote in a smaller market.
Are you interested to stay with your current employer? If so, just wondering if you’ve considered bringing this to them to ask for raise/promotional consideration. From my experience - although things are tight right now, Edelman has been doing what they can to retain health talent.
I’ve always been happy working with and for Publicis. Yes it’s a holding company, but at least you know what you’re signing up for. It’s easier to shape your team and culture of your team because you don’t have to buy in to the organizational culture to do it.
Omnicom benefits blow. WPPs good and good 401k match. Publicis also petty good. But Omnicom, terrible.
