This could be cabin fever. My suggestion - book 3/4 days at an all-inclusive resort of your choice (work from there by the pool - no need to take PTO). The change of scenery will be refreshing. I did just that a few weeks ago.
If you need hours, ask your seniors, then the partners.
Get outside as much as possible. Do 1 thing you enjoy every weekend. FaceTime or WhatsApp with friends and family. Read a book you have wanted to read. Meditate if you don’t already. Pickup a new hobby.
Your mental health is the top priority here. Isolation is hard on your mind and body. I agree with Associate 1 that a change of scenery could be very helpful. I would also encourage you to make sure that you are (1) creating a daily schedule for yourself, (2) seeking support from family and friends (ie. regular Zoom calls, etc.), and (3) taking care of your body and mind (ie. exercising regularly, talking to a therapist, doing whatever makes you feel strengthened and encouraged, etc.). I live away from my family as well, and the physical distance has been tough during WFH. I give myself things to look forward to even though they might be small like watching a movie on the weekend, planning a Zoom party with friends and family, etc.
In terms of your hours, I would recommend setting up a plan with your senior associates and partners in terms of the workload. Remember, there are only so many hours in a day, and if you do not take care of yourself then your work quality could potentially suffer so make a plan and do what you need to do for yourself to make it through this difficult time. You are not alone, and I am beaming you good vibes! Hang in there, and make sure to reach out to family and friends for support.

Pomodoro technique?
Maybe every morning you can go out for a walk and have a phone date with family or a friend for 30 minutes. A little exercise and personal connection before work takes the rest of the day from you. Also, this might sound wild, but I’m also behind on hours and q4 is looking busy, but because WFH and isolation has been tough on me, as well, I’ve been pacing myself a little even if it means missing my hours. I kind of thought to myself, to make up those hours means absolute misery for the next three months and probably worse work product. Having experienced those types of months before, I decided it wasn’t worth sacrificing my health and happiness (more than usual). I think I’m coping better than some of my fellow associates. Be kind to yourself. This is temporary and we will make it through!

Can you go home and live with your family? My working young adult daughter has done so and found the change super positive.

Meditation has been scientifically shown to do wonders for focus. Plus it's just good for you.
